Stretching exercises

Stretching exercises are performed actively or passively, depending on the degree of loss of arm mobility. If limb mobility is completely lost, you can exercise by helping yourself with your good arm. Exercise helps prevent muscle spasms and restore arm mobility.

1. Exercise for the brush
Place your hand on the table, let your palms hang freely from its surface. Begin to move your palm up and down, bending your wrist.

2. Exercise for the thumb
The starting position is a fully open palm. Move your thumb towards the little finger, as if you were showing the number 4. Continue to move your thumb between these two positions.
